PERSONAL training

PERSONAL SELF-DEFENCE training

Our Krav Maga IKMF self-defence personal training, done either 1 to 1 or with a partner, is an ideal way to:

 -Get individual attention from your instructor

- Progress effectively

- Build confidence

- Learn to protect yourself and others

Under guidance and sharp eye to detail, you will learn to identify potential treats and to generate correct response by following your own pace.

 

Training with one of our coaches, Yigal or Ani by your choice, will help you remain motivated and focused. It is a very quick and effective way to learn Krav Maga IKMF self-defence skills as it develops individual strengths, addresses limitations and prevents injuries.  As an added benefit, it will help improve your confidence and self-esteem, while building a good fitness foundation.

Personal training is done indoors in our gym, at your home or outdoors at a own convenient time
